In the Parioli area you really do live like a Roman whilst benefitting from the restful and luxurious ambiance at Parioli Garden. The Parioli Garden bed and breackfast is about 5 or 10 minutes from Via Veneto, Spanish steps, Via Condotti, Trevi's Fontain, only one stop by subway to Piazza del Popolo, "the famous shopping area of Rome", the Vatican City - St. Peter's Cathedral, Vatican Museum, Arapacis Augustea, Auditorium Parco della musica; and is so near...you can walk to Villa Borghese gardens, the Zoo Bioparco, Museum Estruscan (Villa Giulia), National Gallery of Modern Art, Flaminio Stadium, 200 m from Piazza Euclide Station (1 stop by Piazza del Popolo) and 1,6 km from Termini Train Station.

From the North / South: take Moterway A1 direction Rome and follow the signs for the GRA (Grande Raccordo Anulare, Rome's bypass) Enter the GRA direction Flaminia, exit number 6, then exit at Flaminio Saxa Rubra. Continue along Via Flaminia Nuova towards Corso di Francia, then take the Corso di Francia flyover and at its end turn left. When you reach Piazza Euclide, take the second road on the right hand side after the traffic light (Via Chelini) and after the second traffic light turn on the right for Via G.B.Benedetti then turn again on the right for Via Serpieri n°7.

By taxi:
From Termini Train Station the journey takes about 15 minutes and costs approximately € 10/12.
By public transportation:
From Termini Train Station take bus n. 910 and get off at Via Antonelli at the pedestrian traffic light, then cross the street down to Via Allioni and you are in Via Serpieri. The bus ride lasts about 20 minutes and the ticket costs € 1.From Fiumicino Leonardo Da Vinci Airport
By car:
Take the Roma - Fiumicino high-way direction Rome, then take the GRA (Grande Raccordo Anulare, Rome's bypass) direction Aurelia. Take exit 6 from the GRA (Grande Raccordo Anulare, Rome's bypass) direction Flaminio Saxa Rubra. Continue along Via Flaminia Nuova towards Corso di Francia, then take the Corso di Francia flyover and at its end turn left. When you arrive at Piazza Euclide, take the second road on the right hand side at the traffic light (Via Chelini) and after the second traffic light turn on the right for Via G.B.Benedetti then turn again on the right for Via Serpieri n°7.

Take the Leonardo Express train that links Fiumicino Airport to the Termini Train Station (departing approximately every 30 minutes and the journey time is about 35 minutes) one way ticket € 15,00 per person. From the Termini Station take bus n. 910 and get off at the stop in via G. Antonelli at the pedestrian traffic light, in front of it there is Via Allioni which leads to Via Serpieri. The bus ride lasts about 20 minutes and the ticket costs 1 Euro.

The journey time varies from 40 to 70 minutes depending on traffic conditions. Approximate cost is € 50,00 - 60,00.From Rome Ciampino Airport

Take the via Appia Nuova direction Rome GRA (Grande Raccordo Anulare, Rome's bypass), then take the GRA direction Firenze. Continue on the GRA and take exit number 6 Flaminia direction Flaminio Saxa Rubra. Continue along Via Flaminia Nuova towards Corso di Francia, then take the Corso di Francia flyover and at its end turn left. When you arrive at Piazza Euclide, take the second road on the right hand side at the traffic light (Via Chelini) and after the second traffic light turn on the right for Via G.B.Benedetti then turn again on the right for Via Serpieri n°7.
By public transport:
Take the white ATRAL buses leaving from Ciampino to Anagnina metro station. The ticket is available onboard and costs 1,20 euro. At Agnagnina metro station, take the train direction Battistini and get off at the Termini station. Ticket machines are available at the station and the ticket costs € 1,00. From Termini Train Station take bus n. 910 and get off at the stop in Via G. Antonelli at the pedestrian traffic light in front of it there is Via Allioni which leads to Via Serpieri. . The bus ride lasts about 20 minutes and you may use the same ticket from the metro which is valid 75 minutes including one ride in the metro and bus rides within the duration of the ticket.

Il nostro B&B è immerso in uno splendido giardino, particolarmente tranquillo e silenzioso nel quartiere più esclusivo di Roma. In soli 5 minuti arriverete a Via Veneto, Fontana di Trevi, Piazza di Spagna (1 fermata di Metro si arriva a Piazza del Popolo e Via del Corso, il cuore dello shopping romano).
Con una breve passeggiata si può visitare l'Auditorium Parco della Musica, Museo Villa Borghese , Bioparco (Zoo), Museo di Arte Moderna, Museo Estrusco (Villa Giulia), lo Stadio Flaminio Centro Storico di Città del Vaticano - Basilica di S. Pietro e Musei Vaticani, 200 m dalla Stazione di Piazza Euclide che porta in un'unica fermata a Piazza del Popolo e a 1,6 km dalla Stazione Termini.

Prendere l'autostrada A1 direzione Roma e seguire l'insegna GRA. Uscire all'uscita 6 Flaminia e poi uscire a Flaminio Saxa Rubra. Continuare via Flaminia verso Corso di Francia, poi tenere la sinistra ed al primo semaforo girare a destra a Via G.B. del Monte. Arrivati a piazza Euclide uscire alla seconda strada a destra (Via Chelini) e poi girare al secondo semaforo (Via G.B. Benedetti). All'incrocio girare a destra su Viale Bruno Buozzi, poi la prima a destra è Via A. Serpieri.
